A balance of quality dry food, wet food and natural treats is paired with practical touches for use during their stay, so hosts and properties can welcome pets with the same quiet care given to every other guest.

 

Serves: Ideal for one medium dog for a two to three night stay.

For multiple dogs or longer stays, we can scale the provisions to suit.

 

Includes (may vary seasonally):

  • Premium dry dog food, portioned for the length of stay

  • Wet food portions for breakfast and dinner, selected to suit the dog’s size

  • Natural or locally made treats (such as biscuits or chews)

  • Reusable food and water bowls for use during the stay

  • Waste bags for walks and outdoor time

  • A simple toy or comfort item (such as a rope toy, teddy bear or ball)

Note:

Please advise your dog’s breed, size, usual diet and any allergies at the time of booking so we can tailor the selection. Bowls are provided for use during the stay and remain with the property after checkout. If you would like a take-home set or additional pet items, reach out and we can prepare a tailored Four-Legged Guest hamper to suit your itinerary or group.

All hampers are curated using seasonal and locally sourced products. Contents may vary slightly depending on availability, but the overall style and value of your hamper will always be maintained. Images are indicative only and may show serving suggestions and additional props not included in the hamper.

Please advise any dietary requirements or allergies at checkout or via the enquiry form. We’ll confirm what can be accommodated before finalising your order.

Return & Refund Policy

Because our hampers contain fresh and perishable food items, we’re not able to accept change-of-mind returns once an order has been packed or dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us at hello@thevalleyedit.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a brief description of the issue and clear photos of the hamper and packaging. We’ll review and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, credit or refund for the affected item(s).

We’re unable to take responsibility for hampers left unattended after delivery, delays caused by incorrect delivery details provided at checkout, or items not consumed within the recommended timeframe or stored as directed.

This policy operates in addition to any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver Australia-wide for most hamper options. Some fresh or chilled inclusions may only be available within specific regions; if this affects your order, we will be in touch to confirm alternatives.

Standard deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm. Saturday and Sunday delivery is available on request, subject to availability.

For accommodation deliveries, we can often coordinate with your host or property so your hamper is ready on arrival.

We recommend at least 48 hours’ notice for all orders. Same day delivery may be possible within the Hunter Valley for select hampers; contact us to check availability. Last-minute event provisions may also be possible; get in touch and we will always do our best. For custom “Tailored Provisions” hampers or group / corporate orders, we recommend 7 days’ notice.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on location. If no one is available to receive the hamper and there is no safe place to leave it, redelivery may incur an additional fee.
