The Founder
Meet Jess Jayne
Jess grew up in the valley — where celebrations happened in backyard sheds and vineyard rows, where hospitality was simply how people existed. Coal dust, red wine and glitter in her veins; she learned early that beauty can be both unruly and refined.
She’s danced backstage, worked the long table, poured the last glass, and watched the sky decide when the evening ends. There is theatre in how she hosts — but never performance for its own sake. Just warmth. Presence. A sense that you’re exactly where you are meant to be.
Her craft is in the pacing — the way moments unfold, the way a table becomes a scene, the way guests feel quietly held. She believes luxury isn’t loud. It’s felt — in texture, in timing, in the care of what’s been chosen.
